The hotel was homey, with excellent rooms. I had a tasty and satisfactory breakfast and it had a wide array of food. The staff were good and kind and assisted me greatly. The location was marvellous, for example, surabhi mall was not very far from the venue. There were a bakery and stores around the hotel.

We liked decent food. Our room was very specious and exceptional with good facilities and the overall experience was really comfortable. The location was stunning, and the savoury and tasty breakfast was offered. There was a good restaurant, a bakery and stores next door.

The worst aspects of my stay were numerous. the hot water was not working, and when we complained, they didn't do anything about it.

We spent our Thanksgiving at a hotel in Kozhikode and we had a lovely time! The best aspect was the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi that was offered. The location was also perfect for us because it was close to everything we wanted to do. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel. it was a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Sadly, there were also a few worst aspects to our stay. The lighting was very poor and made the hotel look gloomy.
